I managed to assemble a play test kit for OTC v9.3 that went out to a gamer at BGG.con. Let’s see what they have to say. I am working on one to go down to the guys in Richmond next. I made some minor modifications to v9.3 which include increasing the crab volume, removing a large chunk of the weather, and simplifying the rules including when retrieving pots.
