Love Letter (BGG link)

Love Letter was an interesting filler game. The premise of the game is that you are trying to maintain the highest valued “noble” card to delivery a Love Letter to the Princess. You do this by drawing a noble card and then selecting between the new card drawn and the one held from previous the round (or the one initially started with). Each “noble” card, when played, allows the player to take a specific action. At the end of the round, any players who remain active compare their held card value. The highest card is the winner. Ties are decided by the cards discarded throughout the round. The game was fun even though I lost. It moved quickly, yet gave each player options to choose from. I will have to try to locate this game to add to my collection.
